Companies such as Amazon and Shopify are already pioneering this approach, using AI to streamline their operations, allowing humans to focus on strategic, creative, and emotionally intelligent tasks. According to PwC, automation could potentially affect up to 30% of jobs by the early 2030s, highlighting how significant this transition could be.
Another exciting development will be the rise of AI-assisted creativity and innovation. Workers will collaborate directly with generative AI, using it as a partner to enhance creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
